Abstract
ENABLING PRACTICES OF TERRITORIAL INNOVATION. THE MONTI PICENTINICILAB PROJECT
The paper describes a process of activation of synergies and alliances among researchers
and local actors in an internal territory of the Campania Region, in Italy. The focus is

trigger an incremental process of community empowerment aimed at producing social,

The experimentation is represented by the project “Monti Picentini CiLab, The Regional
Park on the way to a circular park”, which constitutes the opportunity to implement an
enabling process of territorial innovation where the circular economy constitutes the
prerequisite and model for a system of multilevel and collaborative governance.
