LE DISMISSIONI DEGLI IMMOBILI PRODUTTIVI IN VENETO. GLI EQUILIBRI INSTABILI DELL’ECONOMIA, DELLA FINANZA LOCALE, DELLA TASSAZIONE E IL GOVERNO DEL TERRITORIO
Abstract
THE DISPOSAL OF PRODUCTIVE BUILDINGS IN THE VENETO REGION. THE UNSTABLE BALANCES OF THE ECONOMY, LOCAL FINANCE, TAXATION, AND TERRITORIAL GOVERNMENT
The decommissioning of productive buildings is a significant problem for the economy and the quality of the territory in the Veneto Region. The study aims to analyze the re-uses and land-use government choices. It also updates the current re-use processes and the effectiveness of the new regional regulations on the ground of a study on the reasons that make these desirable practices their characteristics. The findings show an evolution of the regulatory framework towards a more desirable environmental and territorial quality and a selective increase in re-use practices. However, these improvements seem to be insufficient to trigger the reuse of most of the regional industrial warehouses.
