The uncertainties of the on-line "publication"

Abstract
The author begins a discussion about the problems, mainly normative, which impede the development of online scientific publications: the uncertain equivalence of electronic and printed contributions; the instability of digital textuality; the legislative lack in matter of legal deposit of online documents.
