The use and evaluation of digital resources among Italian medievalists. Some elements from Florentine experiences

Abstract
Drawing upon an inquiry based on a sample of scholars (historians at the University of Florence), this article shows that the great bulk of the informants (93 per cent) relies on the Internet in their profession and reveals a significant level of critical awareness.
