Papers have to respect the size limits set: a maximum of 30.000 characters (35.000 characters for texts with more authors). Papers have to be submitted in one of the two languages (Italian or English) for the blind review phase. Once accepted, the papers have to be delivered as final version in English or both languages (Italian and English). The final version will have to take into account the suggestions given by the referees.
Submission of an article implies that the work has not been published previously, that is not in printing in English or in any other language (in journals, books or conference proceedings).
The authors are requested to use only copyright-free images (own images or labeled for reuse) or to obtain the authorization for the images, tables, etc. that are copyrighted. Images has to be 1004 px width 150dpi
All submissions should be made electronically (file Word 97-2003 .doc) and should conform to the article structure given below. Improperly prepared manuscripts may be returned to the authors for correction before being accepted for publication. Images should be delivered both: inside the paper and on separate files jpg format.
A “short title” is requested, not exceeding 60 characters (including spaces) to be used in pair pages heading. The “short title” includes only the first words of the title (cut at the most convenient point) and should not be a new different title.
Do not syllabify.
Any paragraph title, both first and second level, should not exceed one line, and no more than one level subparagraphs are admitted.
Tables cannot have the structure of a grid, but only horizontal heading and closing lines can be used. Table title should not exceed one line. Tables should not exceed one page, that is tables cut in two pages, even with the words “continued on the following page”, are not admitted. Consecutive tables are accepted but no table can be the continuation of the previous one.
Collate acknowledgements in a separate section at the end of the article before the references.
For reference please strictly follow APA citation style 6th ed.
The Author Agreement signed by the corresponding author’s signature or all author signatures, has to be scanned and returned as PDF file to editors@upland.it in the same zip file of the Article submitted for peer reviewing
