Abstract
This essay is aimed at presenting the first results of a training model (ACSO) for the Technical and Administrative Staff at Universities. ACSO is a training model aimed at confronting sexism and homophobia and promoting organizational well-being in working groups and working organizations. A total of 84 participants took part in the first training and this was evaluated in 3 stages: pre, post and follow-up (ongoing). The results indicated that the training model was perceived as interesting and useful by the participants. Moreover, it had a positive impact on the acquisition of basic knowledge on sexual identity (sex, gender, sexual orientation).
