Dinamiche del regionalismo differenziato e declinazioni congiunturali dell'autonomia territoriale
Abstract
Italian regionalism is characterized by the lack of a reference model and by the recurrent "conjunctural use of autonomy". With this expression the Author refers to the tendency of political decision-makers to propose reforms of regionalism dictated by contingent political needs and not by farsighted projects. The paper focuses on the critical aspects of the process of implementing differentiated regionalism, showing that this last phase is once again inspired by the conjunctural use of regional autonomy.
