Comments on the labour judge's knowledge of the work through the powers of the official investigators
Abstract
The parer analyzes the labor judge's cognition rules. In particular, the author focuses on the function of the investigative powers of the labor judge pursuant to articles 421 and 437 c.p.c., also assessing the contribution of the jurisprudence. In this perspective, the author also draws inspiration from the experience of probivirI, dating back to the late 1800s. The investigation ends with the possibility of exporting the examined rules of the labor process in the ordinary civil trial.
