Libertà sindacale dei militari: condizioni e limiti
Abstract
After the sentence n. 120/18 of the Constitutional Court, the legislator is called to implement the trade union rights of the military. On the one hand, the Judge of Laws recognized the right to trade union organization, but on the other hand he indicated a series of limits that the legislator would have to respect. The bills under discussion, as well as the Court's ruling, appear in some questionable points. The critical profiles highlighted suggest a more thorough investigation during the parliamentary examination and a more careful balancing with respect to what the Court ruled.
