Differences at work in transnational contexts: from postcolonial criticism to practice in communities of development and self-promotion
Abstract
Beginning with the words of an illiterate shepherd Eritrean leper the paper high-lights the major topics concerning, in general, the relations between the West and the ex colonies. In particular, it focuses on the complexity of the problems posed by cul-tural, social and economic differences, characterizing relations between Europe and Africa after decolonization, as reported by postcolonial studies.
