Leopoldo Zea and the labyrinths of the West
Abstract
The essay analyzes the figure of Leopoldo Zea who over the years has become a "master" who has had a profound impact on the process of defining Latin American philosophy. In particular, this article reconstructs Zea's parable starting from his relationships with the transterrado José Gaos, and then delving into his conception of hispanoamericanoridad up to his reflections on globalization, understood as the last stage of the expansion of the West.Downloads
